Salt Nicotine Eliquid (also known as Nicotine Salt Eliquid/salt nic/nic salt) is nicotine that is typically not as harsh to vape as standard freebase nicotine, this allows the user to have a higher tolerance for high nicotine levels. Salt nicotine and freebase nicotine both consist of the same base nicotine found within the tobacco leaf, but salt nicotine includes benzoic acid, which lowers the pH level & reduces alkalinity. This simply means that you can smoothly vape a higher nicotine strength as opposed to freebase nicotine, this is why salt nicotine eliquid is commonly found in pre-filled vape pods and used for refillable pod system vapes.
